Sunflower Butter (I used SunButter 1/2 Cup)
Oatmeal (I used 1 minute Quaker Oats 1/2 Cup)
Maple Syrup (1/2 Cup)
Olive oil spray for cookie sheet
Optional: Whatever the hell you want to throw in (I added some chopped up pieces of 95% of Lindt Bitter as hell Dark Chocolate 1 tablespoon and Vanilla extract)
Sea salt is optional as well (I added 1/2 teaspoon)
TOOLS

Bowl, Spoon, Cookie Sheet

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the ingredients, dough should be sticky. I felt like mine was a too sticky for my liking so I added a lil more oats.

Soft. Energy Bar ish, Very Prominent taste of the Sunflower Nuttiness with a tad bit of a lil crunch, The bitter Dark chocolate is not to over powering because of the Maple syrup, nice texture, flavor, Holds well, Satisfying.
